4 Seasons George is a frame 4 bull packing on muscle to weigh 2000 lbs. This bull is from a long line of traditional American Devons. Longevity and solid performance lines his pedigree. His sire Applewood Farm Josh was in production until age 16. His dam Lakota N16 was in production until the age of 18. 4 Seasons George is a current premiere herd sire on our farm. We sold George as a weanling and bought him back when we realized that we wanted to add his genetic profile, performance, and profitability back into our herd. Applewood Farm Josh came from Maine. He is still at work at age 14! This 14 year old bull offers some old genetics such as HND, Longacres, Moosehead. (Moosehead Farms Devon Herd was dispersed over 17 years ago.) He is a frame 3 bull with great width and depth which is passed on to his offspring. He has a great disposition and we have retained several daughters for our own herd. His daughters have dark, ruby red, slick hair coats and make excellent mothers.
